Too big to be a go-kart, too small for pro racing, but it's certainly fast enough to get into trouble.
The Series 2 Light Rail Vehicles entered service in Seattle in 2019, and are a model S700 LRV manufactured by Siemens. The first vehicles of the 162-car order entered service in 2019, and the last should be delivered in 2027. They comprise about two thirds of the light rail fleet.
Martin B-26 Marauder WW2 Medium Bomber. 'Flak Bait' is part of the Smithsonian collection and flew over 200 combat missions in Europe during WW2. The most of any surviving allied aircraft in existence. The model is four or five thousand lego parts. The landing gear is heavily stressed and at the limit. To balance, the model has three loaded power functions battery packs forward of the center of gravity and a small balloon with metal BBs in the nose. Total weight is 11lbs.

This locomotive is a classic Baldwin 2-6-6-2. Built in 1926, it has been transferred around to many companies with many different modifications. For this build, I focused on the 1939/present day version of the locomotive. Originally it ran as #7 for the Ostrander Railway and Timber Co., then as #5 for Weyerhaeuser, then #11 for Kosmos Timber Co., then finally stayed #11 when Kosmos renamed to The U.S. Plywood Corp. The model is 8-wide and 1:48 scale.
Union Pacific FEF-3 #844 – The Living Legend. Manufactured by the American Locomotive Company and delivered to UP in 1944, #844 was the last steam locomotive received by UP and the only steam locomotive of any American Class 1 railroad that has never been struck from the roster. Throughout her revenue career, she headed express freight, fast mail, and the most prestigious passenger trains of the central high plains and mountainous west. Over time she has received several modifications and upgrades, this build captures her high-speed passenger service essence and models her as she would have appeared in April of 1949 – oil burning, with a Sellers exhaust steam injector and painted in the famous two-tone gray.
The model is 8-wide and 1:48 scale. It is powered by two L power function motors in a 1:1 gear ratio so that she has both high tractive effort and can travel at high speed. The tender is fitted with a battery pack, a power functions control switch and two V2 IR receivers with one dedicated to each motor.
The New York Central K-5b Pacific Class 4-6-2 steam locomotive #4915 with Henry Dreyfuss' streamline design. Originally manufactured in 1926 by the American Locomotive Company (ALCO), no. 4915 and her sister no. 4917 were streamlined in 1936 to lead The New York Central’s most luxurious experience on rails. The model is 8-wide and is designed to fit all standard Lego track geometry. The locomotive is powered by two Power Functions M motors.
